I dropped a bottle in the sea
With a note to you from me
It will return again someday
When I am old and gone away
I hummed a tune for you to hear
A song to live inside your ear
It will never from you part
For it is anchored in your heart
Decades later on a beach
The old glass bottle in your reach
The same old tune still on the wind
A note prepared for you to send
