Tommy Brockmeyer makes a visit to the local cemetery, with flowers in tow for his late brother, Brad. While he lays the decorations on the headstone, he takes up the annual tradition of shaking his head over the epitaph – a message Brad’s will specifically stated must be engraved – which reads: “Here lies Brad, but his gold lies at 37.971691, -100.872665.”

The truth is that the only gold to be found at that spot, in Garden City, is the comedy of someone someday showing up there with a shovel in his or her trunk.
