Dusty Feasts
The Feast of St. Erasmus of Formia, a/k/a St. Elmo, (2 June) celebrates the 3rd and early 4th century saint remembered for his miraculous escapes from torture and imprisonment and ultimately for his martyrdom via brutal disembowelment.
He is a patron saint of sailors and abdominal pain.
